Please include your iOS version, device model, and a short description of what happened. If a purchase didn't apply, the App Store receipt email is also useful.

Frequently asked

I bought Trig Battle Unlimited but ads are still showing.

Open the menu, scroll to the Trig Battle Unlimited card, and tap Restore Purchases. iOS sometimes needs a manual restore after a reinstall or signing into a different Apple ID. If the entitlement still doesn't apply after a restore, email me with the App Store receipt - I can ask RevenueCat to re-grant it.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Trig Battle Unlimited is a one-time non-consumable purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. Refunds are processed by Apple, not by TrigBattle. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com within 90 days of the purchase. You can also tap Manage Purchases on the menu to open the system Customer Center, which links to the same flow.

I lost my high scores after reinstalling.

High scores, run history, and selected ship skin live only on your device under iOS's sandboxed local storage. Deleting and reinstalling clears them. iCloud sync is not currently supported. Trig Battle Unlimited is tied to your Apple ID, so the entitlement comes back via Restore Purchases - just the score history is local.

The joystick feels too sensitive / not sensitive enough.

Open the menu and adjust the Sensitivity slider. The default is 1.16x. Lower values feel more deliberate; higher values respond more aggressively to small thumb movements. The setting is remembered across runs.

Is there an Android version?

Not at launch. Android is a possibility for a later release.

Are scores synced or shared?

No. Every run is local. There is no leaderboard, account, or social feature. The Daily mode uses a shared seed (everyone gets the same gates and enemies for the day) but each player's score stays on their own device.

What data does TrigBattle collect?

The app itself collects nothing. Banner ads are served by Google AdMob, and purchases are processed by Apple's StoreKit through RevenueCat. See the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
